Damaged Items:
- We offer a full refund on any fabric or item that arrives damaged due to transit. To process a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our records.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Used Fabrics or Items: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for fabrics or items that have been used in any way. This includes washing, cutting, or any alteration of the fabric/item.
- Cut Fabrics: Once the fabric has been cut, we cannot entertain any claims or refunds. We strongly recommend checking that the fabric meets your requirements before cutting.
Fabric Suitability:
- We advise customers to ensure that the fabric is suitable for their intended use before purchasing. If you have not ordered a sample prior to purchasing fabric, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you wish to discuss your return, please get in touch with us directly. Each case will be assessed individually.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using our contact form or call us on 0121 359 2349. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- After reviewing your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item, if eligible.
Refund Timeline:
- Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions:
