Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with the fabrics you choose to order.

We strongly recommend requesting fabric samples before placing any full orders.

Please be aware that some fabrics may shrink when washed, dry-cleaned, ironed, or otherwise cared for, so caution is advised.

Some fabrics may also lose colour during washing, dry cleaning, or when exposed to direct sunlight.

Colour shades may vary slightly between different dye lots and fabric rolls.

Please allow 7–14 days for delivery of both samples and fabric orders.

Fabrics that are not currently in stock may take up to 6 weeks for delivery in exceptional circumstances.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 working days via Royal Mail First Class or another reputable courier service.

Every order is handled with care, and all fabrics are thoroughly inspected before dispatch.

However, availability of certain items and shades cannot always be guaranteed.

If your order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.

Postage and packaging charges for samples and fabric orders apply to mainland UK only.

We ship exclusively to mainland UK. Overseas shipments must be arranged in advance, including calculation of shipping costs. Any overseas orders placed without prior arrangement will not be dispatched and will be fully refunded.

Orders placed after 2:30pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday for next-day delivery, unless special Saturday delivery has been agreed separately.

Please note that some fabrics may contain minor flaws, faults, or bari marks; an allowance of up to 5% must be accepted.

No claims can be made once the fabric has been cut or used in any way.

No returns will be accepted without prior notice or agreement.

Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.
